Logical Content Ventures operates as an industry catalyst by infusing projects with its entrepreneurial spirit.We strongly believe that there is space for innovation in the traditional financing and production schemes: the desire to bring more efficiency and resilience to the content industry has always been at the core of Logical Pictures’ identity. This includes establishing strong and long-term partnerships with production outfits and practicing risk-sharing to be on an equal footing in the financial recoupment.
ADVOCATING TRANSPARENCY
Transparency is at the core of our CSR policy. This is why Logical Content Ventures is based on the Blockchain technology, which provides a secured authentication process for the different stakeholders (and thus secured transactions), timestamped transactions (allowing instantaneous account reports), and automated revenue redistribution from smart contracts.
RELYING ON STABILITY
We accompany our investments in a long-term perspective, with strategic outlooks over the life-time of individual content. This long-term vision is also illustrated by the choice of an evergreen fund. With no end date and the ability to raise more capital, these investment vehicles can focus on long-term capital investments and are attractive to long-term investors looking for a diversified portfolio.

PROMOTING IMPACTFUL CONTENT
Logical Pictures believes that content can help change the world: more than 40% of Logical Pictures’ library and line-up films deal with female empowerment, diversity, and human rights activism. To be sure to meet its goal of socially responsible investor, Logical Content Ventures has set a specific process dedicated to impact content, allowing the managing team to slightly deviate from traditional financial criteria of our investment policy by prioritizing the message over the initial structure of the project. The Fund ultimately plans to allocate at least 20% of its investments to impact content projects not fitting into the three traditional asset classes criteria, with a total target across all four categories above one third of its spending into content. The goal is to support environmentally and / or socially conscious content with the intention of generating a positive, yet measurable impact alongside a financial return.
SUPPORTING YOUNG DIRECTORS
In addition to these previous commitments, Logical Content Ventures undertakes to establish a minimum threshold of 25% of the total number of the financed projects (across all categories) to first films, to foster the development of a new generation of international talents.
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION
Logical Content Ventures considers diversity and inclusion as key values when it comes to choosing content to support. All efforts will be made to ensure these principles remain at the core of our productions, on set and on screen. The content produced shall reach all communities across all regions, ethnicities, gender and orientation and allow voices from diverse backgrounds, cultures and languages across the world to express themselves through filmmaking.
